Happy WEEKEND!

Saturday is a perfect day to be more active during the day and also to do your challenge assignment. Run those errands …. oh better … walk those errands today after you do your Super Sets and 1 Mile Fitness Walk!

We are just about 1/3 of the way to our goal of 21 Days.  At this point you can already see real changes. You are burning fat and your muscles feel more toned.  Did you notice that you are making better choices at mealtime as well?  That’s the Power of Walking!

Hey friends!  Good news for Daylight Saving Time Zones.  We FALL BACK tonight.  Have an extra hour of sleep!  It’s so healthy.  Many studies prove that people who sleep the recommended 7-8 hours have healthier body weights, and get sick less!  ZZZZZZZZZZ … maybe I’ll nap right now!
