Day 20!

20 DAYS!!!!!

I hope you have GAINED …. yes GAINED so much over the past 20 days … gained strength, gained fitness, gained energy, gained confidence, gained friends (you have me always – smile)!

If you have been hoping for the “losses” …. lost weight, lost inches, … I know you have the beginnings of the changes that you want to continue to see and feel! I promise you will never regret spending time on a healthy body – a healthy mind – a healthy spirit! That’s what fitness walking does for everyone!

We are loving your feedback … sharing all kinds of wonderful results … pounds lost, inches lost, muscles toned, energy up, healthy habits formed….. Those of you that started this challenge as beginners usually see the most results – if you haven’t been on a regular exercise routine for years … you can see changes in just a few weeks because the body uses so much energy adjusting to the new activity. Remember that a fit body will actually be more efficient at the activity, you’ll get those great changes in the first months and then you could have a period where changes are slow …. that’s when a “shake up” is needed! It’s time to change your workout routine and surprise your muscles!

The week after Thanksgiving will be a perfect time for that! This coming week of the holiday do some mini walks – as many days as you can.
Then jump back on Facebook and share some fresh ideas with each other …. I just LOVE the support that walkers give each other – what awesome people you all are!
