We are counting down!
Two more days to go! Leslie has found, from decades of monitoring the patterns of exercisers, that having a start date and an end date really works to get results! By simply having a plan, you have a very good chance of reaching the goal! No PLAN actually lowers your chance of accomplishing your goal! With today’s big 5 mile challenge, fill your brain with fresh oxygen and nutrients, burn some major calories, and most importantly, have a happy, healthy day!

- Drink a glass of water before eating
- Slow Cooker Braised Pot Roast with Caramelized Onions (252 calories)
- Salad of 1c Romaine & 1c diced Cucumbers with Creamy Dressing (40 calories)
- Glass of red wine 5oz (optional) (127 calories)
