Welcome back, Walkers!

We hope you had an awesome weekend filled with plenty of fun, healthy activities.  Today, we are walking off lunch.  Try walking two miles in the morning and two miles in the evening. This is a good example of how to keep the metabolism buzzing through the day!   A brisk walk early in the day and a brisk walk later in the day is a good way to wake up your muscles, increase circulation, and stimulate all of the functions of the body.  The more we sit, the more our body systems slow.  So let’s get walking, everybody!
