Walk It Off In 30 Days Challenge Week 4

It’s Week 4 Walkers … actually we have 10 days to go and I promised you slimmer, stronger and healthier by Thanksgiving! Together we are making it happen.

I LOVE YOUR TWEETS!  It’s so exciting for me to see that you are inches down, pounds down, clothing more comfortable and most of all … healthier and feeling good that you will get to your goals!

This week I am giving you everything that you need right here on the blog!  You can do each day’s assignment from the videos below.

–      Walk 3 Miles with the workout – 5K with a Twist (the Twist is that you are walking this 5K “indoors”)

–      Strength Train for each Body Zone, Upper Body, Lower Body and Core!

Here’s the plan:

Week 4

Mon. Oct. 21 – Strength Training Only – Total Body

Tues. Oct. 22 – 3 Miles

Wed. Oct. 23 – Strength Training – Total Body

Thurs. Oct. 24 – 3 Miles

Fri. Oct. 25 – Strength Training – Total Body

Sat. Oct. 26 – 3 Miles

Sun. Oct. 27 – Strength Training – Total Body
