START AGAIN Everybody!

Hi,
Recovering from an auto accident and of course gained weight after surgery and multiple procedures and trying to restart.  Any ideas appreciated.

LS: I LOVE your spirit!  Even when life brings the challenges …. you have that beautiful “will” to “restart!”
We all need that message …. no matter what kept us from caring for our full health in the past –  KEEP STARTING …. START AGAIN!  I “start again” every morning!  The good news is that our bodies can heal and return to strength and healthy performance at any stage of life!  Assuming you are healing and feeling stronger each day – and MOST IMPORTANT – that you are working with your docs – I say – try a few minutes of my Walk at Home program.
It’s a good way to start back to regular exercise because of the convenience and privacy that your home allows … you can “go at your own pace!”
