Heaven is singing today! An icon of our industry has passed – Jack LaLanne was 96! I watched and loved his 70 year mission to spread the good news … that we get rewarded with an amazing life when we are physically active!
I dedicate my walk to “Jack” today and hope he knows that he has made a massive impact on public health … I only wish to do a fraction of what he has done for the good of all! Thank you Jack …. we will carry on your mission with your energy and spirit guiding us.
