Look at all your walking!

After 13 miles in three days, you deserve a short and sweet 3-mile walk!  This is what we have on the agenda today.  Drweil.com wrote an article on our favorite subject: WALKING!  It says, New Yorkers LIVE LONGER, because they WALK MORE! But we all know that we don’t have to move to New York to walk more.  We can all walk more in our own homes with Walk at Home!  Anywhere in the world that you live can be a very active, walkable place!  Walking really is the miracle medicine – above all other choices – that we make for a healthy life!  WALK ON NYC…WALK ON WORLD!
