Today’s Assignment

4 BIG BIG BIG Miles to start the weekend with loads of energy!

4 Fast Miles!

The reason why I LOVE these workouts?  The walkers that joined me are each amazing, each unique, each an ambassador of health, and each helping us to spread the good news that Fitness Walking is for all walks of life!

Oh and don’t forget our latest “4 Mile Super Walk!”

If at all possible, today try to get all 4 Miles in at once!  (Or even 3 + 1)   It’s a strong way to build endurance into the performance of our heart, lungs, muscles.  No worries if you have to break it up.  Anyway you WALK is the right way to WALK!
