The Walk at Home workouts have helped me not only lose weight but become stronger as well. I have incorporated my arm and leg weights into my 30 minute 2 mile Belly Blasting walk and look forward to doing it on a daily basis. Thank you Leslie for helping this 53 year old Grandma find out it's never to late to get healthy and active.

I wanted to take a minute to reach out and share my story. I have never done anything like this but given the changes I have experienced in the last 8 months, I couldn't help but share. First I will start off with I "found" Leslie and the Walk Away the Pounds on VHS about 15+ years ago. They changed my life then and have changed it again recently.

Back then using those VHS tapes helped me to start exercising and get my weight and life back under control. It was absolutely life changing and not only just to lose weight but in overall health and how I was feeling. Over the last 8 years I have had 2 children, Malia (age 8) and Mason (age 3). After the birth of my daughter I again really got back into the walking tapes and was able to lose all the baby weight I had gained. After the birth of my son Mason, I lost a lot of weight right without exercise, which at the time I thought was amazing.

Well about 10 months later, I had gained a lot of weight and differently than I had ever gained before. I was extremely unhappy, uncomfortable, and just downright was hating my body. Working full time (60 hours a week actually), balancing work and home life, trying to keep up with two small kids, and have anything left for my husband was becoming unrealistic. I was so tired all of the time and literally had no energy to even think about exercising, even if I could have found the time. That is when I knew I needed to make a lifestyle change.

8 months later I am down 25+ pounds and have never felt better! I am so thankful! I rotate DVD's but I do a 5 mile walk with 7 days a week. For me it is an all or nothing type thing, so every single morning I get up at 4:45am, drink my shake, and start walking. I feel amazing when I am done and the progress I am seeing in my body is downright amazing!

In closing I just wanted to take a minute to share my experience and most of all thank Leslie and the WaH team! I know they have changed so many lives over the years and I want them to know they can add one more to that list!

I have lost 71.2 lbs since last November, and I have never felt better! Here's my story: When my husband and I got married I weighed around 190.0 then I lost around 65 lbs before we had our daughter and went down to around 125.0. Then through the pregnancy and beyond, I stopped logging food, didn't exercise as much, and went back to old eating habits. I gained it all back and more. I had tried losing weight again a few times after we had our daughter but never stuck with it. Fast forward 9 years to last November 21st and I weighed 195.8. I finally decided I needed to get back to a healthy weight and change my life. I reached my goal of 125.0 on September 10th, 2,016. And today, September 15th, I am 124.6! I'm so beyond excited! And I can truly say that Walk at Home workouts were a HUGE factor in my success! I did use other exercise videos as well, but I would always go back to Leslie's workouts! And there were many time periods when I did her workouts exclusively. She is so positive and encouraging and I love her cast of walkers. Their videos are fun and I love doing them! I describe them as having a walk party in your home. I started out with the 5 mile workouts, but now I do 7 miles almost everyday! If you are reading this and need to lose weight, please know that it may be difficult but it's not impossible! Never, ever, ever give up! You've got this!

I've lost 71.2 lbs in about 10 months. My before picture was taken September 17th, 2,015 and I'm not exactly sure what my weight was at that point, since I didn't decide to start trying to lose weight until November 21st last year, and at that point I was 195.8. My after picture was taken September 15th, 2016 and I weighed 124.6.

I have walked with you for years and have lost a hundred and forty five pounds and have kept it off for 5 years! I have struggled with my weight for about 30 years and have gained probably a thousand pounds over that time but I was never going to give up. That is one thing I would never do you always have to have a proper mindset and be consistent!

Hi! About 4 months ago, I rented a Walk at Home DVD from my local library. After doing the work out one time, I was hooked! Since that day, I have worked out with the WaH 5-7 days a week, made healthier food choices, and my results have been incredible. I went from a size 18 to an 8/10, and a medium dress size. Working out with Leslie and the gang is like working out with friends! The Walk at Home program has truly changed my life and I feel so blessed to have rented that first DVDs 4 months ago!!

I started walking 2 and 1/2 years ago with a New Year's resolution to lose 20 pounds and a cheap pair of walking shoes. As I saw the weight come off it encouraged me to keep going. I can't believe the transformation that I've gone through! WaH has not only helped me physically but I'm stronger mentally. I can't wait to see what the future has for me and my newfound health.

Two years ago I had open heart surgery at the age 57. After surgery I was afraid to exercise so I gained 30 pounds. Recently I pulled out your 1 mile DVD that I had (I have over 20 counting the VHS ones) and started walking. I then decided to treat myself to the MP4 player and the Miracle Miles DVDs and I love them! I still want to lose 20 more pounds but with your motivation I know I can do it...thanks team!
