I have lost 31 pounds in 9 months, and I'm from Red Wing, MN, USA. You have helped me to strengthen and work through back, sciatica and plantar fasciitis issues and focus on me, since retiring in October 2016! I have toned my body more than I thought possible. I have lost over 4” in my waistline, and have gone from a size 8-10 pant to a size 4! My lungs feel better, and I feel better than I have in years! Thank you Leslie and your team – you motivate me!

I started Weight Watchers in April of 2016. I added walking videos in August of 2016. My husband did home hemodiaylsis and I worked full time. Doing the videos at home was the perfect way for me to exercise while I needed to be home for my husband. (He passed away in May of this year.) No need to leave the house to go to a gym and no excuses! I started with the 1 mile and gradually worked up to the 3 mile and added from there. I own Walk to the Hits: All Time Favorites, Mix+Match Walk Blasters, Walk Off Fat Fast and Walk It Off in 30 days.

I'm currently below WW goal and still Walking Away the Pounds four times a week.

72.5 lbs down in 24 months

When my husband and I first got married I was in the 190's. Then, a few years later, I lost about 70 lbs to get down to about 125. Then I got pregnant with our daughter and ended up gaining it all back during the pregnancy and beyond.

Then in November of 2,015, 9 years after our daughter was born, I decided to get serious about losing weight again. And I ended up reaching my goal weight of 125.0 again on September 10th 2,016.

Shortly after that I posted my story on your website. I was so excited when I saw my success story on your site because, when I first started, I would go to your site and read the success stories of others. Knowing that others had reached their goals inspired me to know I could do it again too.

Then my family and ended up having to move and ended up purchasing a house etc. This was a major blessing but caused major stress for a while with not knowing exactly what was going to happen, if we would get the house or not, etc. And of course the whole process of moving itself.

During that time I let myself get off track with eating and exercise and I gained about 19 lbs back from my lowest of 120.7 which was about 14 lbs over my goal weight. Thankfully during this time I was still able to stay within my healthy weight range, without becoming overweight again, although I was getting to the higher end of that range, and I was wavering up and down at that higher end of the range for quite a while.

Finally I made up my mind that I was not going to gain all that weight back again, I was not going to be overweight or obese again. I was not going to destroy all of my progress and everything I had worked so hard for. I also have the most amazing, loving, caring, encouraging and supportive husband and daughter I could ever ask for.

It took a while, but as of yesterday I finally made it back down below my goal weight, and as of today I was down to 123.3! I'm so very excited! So, now I have lost a total of 72.5 lbs since I started in November 2,015.

I am so thankful for the "Walk At Home" videos. They have been a huge part of my success!! I have many of the videos and I love all of them!! I usually do between 6-7 "Leslie miles" per day. I actually switched from exercising at night to getting up early in the morning to exercise and I love it. So much easier to stay consistent with. When our evenings sometimes get busy, I know I already have the exercise out of the way. I never considered myself a morning person, but now look forward to my morning walks with Leslie and friends!

Anyway, I want to encourage anyone just starting on their journey that it really is possible to reach your goals. If I can do it, so can you! The most important thing is to keep moving forward and never ever give up! Even if you make mistakes, even if you get off track for a while, you can always turn around, decide that your old ways and habits stop here, and this is where you move on to the best days of your life. It isn't easy but the results are worth it! You've got this!

My original weight loss was 70.8 lbs from 195.8 in November 2,015 to 125.0 in September of 2,016. Then I had gained back about 14 lbs after that. As of yesterday I was back down below my goal weight and as of today I was 123.3. So I'm down a total of 72.5 lbs since I originally started in November of 2,015.

The Walk at Home workouts have helped me not only lose weight but become stronger as well. I have incorporated my arm and leg weights into my 30 minute 2 mile Belly Blasting walk and look forward to doing it on a daily basis. Thank you Leslie for helping this 53 year old Grandma find out it's never to late to get healthy and active.

I wanted to take a minute to reach out and share my story. I have never done anything like this but given the changes I have experienced in the last 8 months, I couldn't help but share. First I will start off with I "found" Leslie and the Walk Away the Pounds on VHS about 15+ years ago. They changed my life then and have changed it again recently.

Back then using those VHS tapes helped me to start exercising and get my weight and life back under control. It was absolutely life changing and not only just to lose weight but in overall health and how I was feeling. Over the last 8 years I have had 2 children, Malia (age 8) and Mason (age 3). After the birth of my daughter I again really got back into the walking tapes and was able to lose all the baby weight I had gained. After the birth of my son Mason, I lost a lot of weight right without exercise, which at the time I thought was amazing.

Well about 10 months later, I had gained a lot of weight and differently than I had ever gained before. I was extremely unhappy, uncomfortable, and just downright was hating my body. Working full time (60 hours a week actually), balancing work and home life, trying to keep up with two small kids, and have anything left for my husband was becoming unrealistic. I was so tired all of the time and literally had no energy to even think about exercising, even if I could have found the time. That is when I knew I needed to make a lifestyle change.

8 months later I am down 25+ pounds and have never felt better! I am so thankful! I rotate DVD's but I do a 5 mile walk with 7 days a week. For me it is an all or nothing type thing, so every single morning I get up at 4:45am, drink my shake, and start walking. I feel amazing when I am done and the progress I am seeing in my body is downright amazing!

In closing I just wanted to take a minute to share my experience and most of all thank Leslie and the WaH team! I know they have changed so many lives over the years and I want them to know they can add one more to that list!

I have lost 71.2 lbs since last November, and I have never felt better! Here's my story: When my husband and I got married I weighed around 190.0 then I lost around 65 lbs before we had our daughter and went down to around 125.0. Then through the pregnancy and beyond, I stopped logging food, didn't exercise as much, and went back to old eating habits. I gained it all back and more. I had tried losing weight again a few times after we had our daughter but never stuck with it. Fast forward 9 years to last November 21st and I weighed 195.8. I finally decided I needed to get back to a healthy weight and change my life. I reached my goal of 125.0 on September 10th, 2,016. And today, September 15th, I am 124.6! I'm so beyond excited! And I can truly say that Walk at Home workouts were a HUGE factor in my success! I did use other exercise videos as well, but I would always go back to Leslie's workouts! And there were many time periods when I did her workouts exclusively. She is so positive and encouraging and I love her cast of walkers. Their videos are fun and I love doing them! I describe them as having a walk party in your home. I started out with the 5 mile workouts, but now I do 7 miles almost everyday! If you are reading this and need to lose weight, please know that it may be difficult but it's not impossible! Never, ever, ever give up! You've got this!

I've lost 71.2 lbs in about 10 months. My before picture was taken September 17th, 2,015 and I'm not exactly sure what my weight was at that point, since I didn't decide to start trying to lose weight until November 21st last year, and at that point I was 195.8. My after picture was taken September 15th, 2016 and I weighed 124.6.
