I am happy to announce the details for our December Challenge!

Thanks to all of our awesome Facebook Fans who walked with us for the 21-Days Before Thanksgiving Challenge. You all couldn’t get enough and begged for a December Challenge. Well, here it is! Click here to view the Facebook Event!

This challenge will kick those calories and get you in fierce shape for the holidays!

Each day, for 12 days, with only one day off, I will name a meal that we will walk off together.  Just like the last challenge, I will announce the Walk Schedule a few days before.  Never fear – as with all of our Challenges, switch days around to fit your schedule!  Enjoy the WEEKEND to Shop, Wrap Presents, and prepare for your holiday celebration.  One of the days, we will walk 10,000 Steps!  Also, if you’re anything like me, you’ll want to dance off the cookies you may have snacked on!  (smile)

Recommended DVDs:

Here is a list of what I recommend you use.  If you don’t have these titles, do not worry! As a rule of thumb, shoot for 3 miles to burn off  a Breakfast, 4 miles to burn off a Lunch, and 5 miles to burn off a Dinner.  Yes, yes, yes… I know this is one mile more than our Walk-Eat-Lose System.  BUT… in all fairness, the Walk-Eat-Lose system is based on 21-Days.  We are torching the calories in almost HALF the time, so we have to AMP it UP in order to see some AWESOME results! Are you with me?  Let’s walk the extra mile together! I chose fast workouts, and some include strength training.  It’s so great to get those muscles burning.  Expect great cardio results as well as tighter, firmer, sleeker muscles!

Everyday, I will also give a Recipe to so you can Walk It Off! I’ll post a Grocery List the weekend before, so you can get to the market and buy what you don’t have.

Our Walk It Off: 12 The Days of December Challenge is all about making healthy lifestyle choices!  We’ll eat.  We’ll talk.  Most importantly, we’ll walk! And we will feel empowered by the beauty that surrounds us this holiday season!
