Walk It Off: The 12 Days of December Challenge is all about walking off a meal. Each day, we will call out your workout, and RealAge will provide a delicious recipe so that you can Walk It Off this Holiday Season. We will post these recipes on the Blog the night before. Your first recipe is coming your way on Sunday, December 5th. Copy and Paste this Grocery List into your Word Processor, Print it Out, and pick up these items at the store! Don’t worry – you can definitely modify everything for your dietary needs.
Also, if you don’t have one, pick up a Journal. This is for the healthy soul part!

You are absolutely welcome to split up the miles to better suit your lifestyle. However, if you’re up for the Challenge, aim to walk the full miles every day! From all of you, I want two strong weeks of dedicated fitness! Let’s end 2010 with a Walk and a Kick and welcome 2011 with a Healthy Mind, Body, and Soul!
