The Right Dietary Supplement for You

The Right Dietary Supplement for You

Tomorrow is the BIG day! We couldn’t be more excited to get February’s WALK 21 Fitness Challenge started! This month just keeps getting better!

In a previous blog, we talked about the importance of getting the proper nutrition. Sometimes, the body doesn’t make enough nutrients on its own.  Don’t worry; it has nothing to do with your fitness and eating habits!

Leslie has been taking supplements and vitamins for almost 30 years because they are a great way to add nutrients into your system, and give your foods a boost! That’s part of a well-balanced life!

By the way, if you are wondering what a dietary supplement is:

Congress in the Dietary Supplement Health and Education Act defines dietary supplement as a product that:

  • is intended to supplement the diet;
  • is intended to be taken by mouth as a pill, capsule, tablet, or liquid; and
  • is labelled on the front panel as being a dietary supplement.

Leslie takes HayloHealth‘s Woman’s Multi and Haylo Omega 3 and she says “I love the feeling!  Not only do they consist of the ingredients you can trust but also has great people who engineered them.”

You can learn more about the products here and check out their Get your Recommendation Tool to find out which health supplements are best for you!
