    Hi Brenda. Congrats. I too know how hard it is to stay focused. From November 2015 to June 2016 I walked off 70 lbs, then I went away for a week didn’t walk and here it is February 2017 and I’ve still not been able to get back on . Every night I tell myself tomorrow, but tomorrow starts out great diet wise but doing a walk has yet to happen. I’ll be 63 in a few weeks and I have health issues and i know the issues will be less in pain once I lose another 70 lbs. And we’ve had a lot of snow so shoveling has been my workout. I just hope soon something will click and I’ll be back into the walking with Leslie every day. I just wish I had a buddy to get going with me.

    Fantastic Brenda!! Really didn’t give up. You’ve had your UPs and Downs, but you’ve get right back on. I have to ask…is that really you in the bottom photo? If so, what a testimony! <3 it!
