    I joined the Daily Walk program and I cannot tell you how happy I am with this program. Thanks for sharing the article and Thanks for the great program that is emailed to me every day. Just knowing it is changed up every day does not allow me to get bored with the same old DVD’s and I love not having to store DVD’s. I just bring the program up on my tablet and work out. I did buy a speaker to add to it. For some reason I need to have the music blast.

    Started working out day 2 and will commit this time. I’m 61 and must move daily to keep my heart and muscles in condition. Ism looking forward to finally losing this extra fat !!! Taking it one day one exercise session at a time. Motivation is nice but I’m striving for discipline and being consistent. As I write this ,I feel my muscles from the workout . It will get better. I have a ton of Leslie videos so I cannot get bored . Thank you

    Great article! My focus is to build muscle and lose fat. I have definitely lost muscle definition and my metabolism has slowed down. I love Leslie’s workouts. If I try something new, I always find myself going back to my Walk at Home DVDs.
