It’s a PERFECT WEEK to get in some extra steps …. that lead to the endless benefits of our MIRACLE MEDICINE …. “Fitness Walking!”

I am planning a 15 Mile Week for me …. who’s up for that?

Today – 5 Miles! (Too much “Super Bowl” Pizza!)
Tuesday – 4 Miles!
Wednesday – 3 Miles!
Thursday – 2 Miles!
Friday – 1 Mile!

*****Take the WEEKEND OFF … but I know I will feel so strong … I’ll have an “active” weekend … that’s what “fitness” does!

***I am following the new Miracle Miles Workouts …it’s all planned out for a 15 Mile Week … don’t have to “think” about a thing … just press play … and the miles go by so fast!

Of course you can use any of your Walk at Home workouts … or walk outdoors (Brrrr… too cold for me!) … the treadmill is a smart choice … any “way” you want to WALK …. it all WORKS … for a better life!
