More good news about our favorite sport – WALKING! My friends at Real Age realage.com …  have an awesome article with results from a study that shows … those that walk JUST A MILE A DAY can help to keep the brain from “shrinking!”  Our brain shrinks over time … but walking can keep it “plump and young” quotes the article ….. Ok …. I am off for a fast 1 Mile right now …. no shrinking brain for me!  Big Brain – Healthy Brain – Fit Brain !!!!!  Have a great Monday everybody!
