Come WALK WITH US! This is the way to get ready for a healthy HOLIDAY SEASON. The 21 Days of Walking Yourself Healthy will carry you all the way through the season. You’ll see … Getting in a good solid 3 weeks of training really sets you up for the weeks after Thanksgiving. You’ll be able to handle the extra energy that you need to prepare and celebrate the season. You can’t be low on energy at this time of the year!

There are many 1, 3, 4, & 5 Mile options in our Walk at Home DVD’s, you can use a treadmill, or walk outdoors (if you can’t measure the distance, just count every 15 mins. as a mile. Be sure you are walking brisk!)

You can also choose:
Any Walk at Home DVD – choose your favorite 3 Miles
Outdoor Walking (try for 45 mins. or less for full 3 Mile Walk)
Treadmill Walking (try for all 3 miles at 15 mins. or less per mile )
Firming Upper Body Exercises
