8 Miles from our Goal!

Oh my … you SUPER WALKERS you!  We are down to 8 VERY BIG MILES …. should we dare try to do all 8 Miles today!???? No that would take the air out of tomorrow … ok let’s stick with the plan!   Speaking of  lots of miles …. When I read your incredible comments on this blog … in our Walk Club … on Facebook … I love learning the amount of miles that some of you do!!!  WOW! …. did I ever admit to you …. my wonderful family in fitness … that I am a 3 Mile girl?  Really … that’s my max … and truth be told …. many of my walks are 2 Miles!!!!  So this is major major for me on this 4 Mile week  … no worries … I am making it  … lol …. Now please, keep doing the miles that make you feel strong and healthy … “you” are your best health coach … and you can feel it instantly when you are over-doing it ….  there’s an easy solution … just reduce your miles!  I do love the days … no matter how rare they are … that I do 4 or 5 Miles in one workout.  And always take into account … your ultimate goal … “health” goals are different than “weight” goals …. when my weight sneaks up on me … you better believe I go the extra mile until I get back to feeling comfortable … those extra pounds are just uncomfortable … and I am so glad that fitness walking is my medicine for that!  I take a heavy dose of walking until I get that weight off!  So … lots of miles …. or just a few miles … it all works …. for a healthy body …. a slimmer body …. a great life!  Have a spectacular Saturday everybody!
