63 MILES!!!!

63 MILES!!!!

I just did the Math … when we finish this 21 Day challenge … we will have done 63 Miles!!!  It would be just as if I walked myself to Pittsburgh from my house!  Where will you be? How fun to count the miles! Track your meals and count the miles … it really works … and I promise it becomes effortless ….. you’ll love how it feels to enjoy natural energy  … having energy to meet your full day is a good sign of great health!  It’s a busy week my friends and we made it to THURSDAY  … I don’t ordinarily walk 4 Miles a day  …. every day of the week ...  but ohhhhh do I love a challenge and I am seeing the end …   LOL …. come on Sunday!!!!  Today we make good choices at Dinner …. and we walk 4 Miles to burn off those calories (or at least most of the calories)!  START BURNING EVERYBODY!
