This has been a BIG week of miles - 25 miles to be exact!  HOW AWESOME IS THAT?!?!  Today there is no structured exercise planned, but we encourage you to walk 10,000 steps.  Did you know that 10,000 steps is about 5 miles?  While you are doing last minute shopping, hold those tummy muscles tight and walk strong throughout your entire day!
