It's a Wonderful Wednesday Walkers! Today's Assigment A mile in the morning and a mile in the evening! This is a good example of how to keep the metabolism humming through the day!   A short brisk walk early in the day and a short brisk walk later in the day is a good way to wake up muscles, increase circulation, and stimulate all functions of the body.  The more we sit, the more body systems slow.
