Hey Sonja, Thanks so much! Sorry it took so long to reply, I didn’t even see your comment until now. To answer your question, my main form of exercising was Leslie Sansone’s Walk at Home videos. I do also have some videos from The Firm that I use occasionally. Also, I have “Zumba Rush” and “Zumba Core” for the Xbox 360 that I use sometimes. And I have some dance/hip hop videos from “10 minute Solutions” and “Dance off The Inches” that I use sometimes. But normally I just do somewhere between 5-7 miles with my Leslie workouts. I have several 5 mile, 3 mile, and 2 mile workouts of hers and I like to mix and match them. Hope that helps!
