Please contact us at before returning any items purchased. Items purchased from may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund and must include original receipt and be in original packaging. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

We generally cannot accept returns of any opened CD, DVD or VHS. Anti-piracy regulations and our own experience require this because product can be copied. However, we can review returns on a case by case basis.


Damaged or defective products may be returned within 30 days for same title replacement.


If you are unsatisfied with an individual item you purchased as part of a package, you may return that item separately. Please note that in some cases a package discount has been applied to each item. You will be refunded the discounted price, which may differ from the price if you purchased it individually. To review the amount you will be refunded for each individual item within the package, please contact We reserve the right to refund promotional packages as whole units only.

For products that were purchased at a retail location, please refer to that retailer’s return policy.


We’re only able to replace or refund items purchased from our own online store. We cannot honor requests to replace or refund items purchased from other retail outlets. Thanks for your understanding.

Shipping and Handling Charges

Shipping is based upon USPS and FedEx current rates. Walk at Home adds a handling fee to each order.

We never give out personal contact information for Leslie or any of the staff. All situations should be handled through the business phone or email.

Specials / Limited Time Offers

We will occasionally offer specials on products and limited time offers. These are for new orders only and do not apply to previous orders. We are unable to honor requests for retroactive discounts.

Exchanges / Refunds

We will exchange any item in original packaging (unopened) with a charge or refund for the product difference. If your order had shipping error we will also refund for shipping cost. If customer ordered incorrectly, we can exchange for correct product, but cannot refund for shipping cost.

Shipping Methods and Times

We ship in the US by US Mail or FedEx, depending on the type of product purchased, or customer choice of shipping method. Orders are usually processed within 1-2 business days (with only a few exceptions for out-of-stock situations). Please allow at least 7-14 business days for delivery after shipment within the continental US. Alaska, Hawaii and Canada orders may take longer.

During our busy season from January to May, please allow an extra week for your order to be processed and shipped.

International Orders may take 2-4 weeks.
