Operation September Success Starts Tomorrow!

Hello and Happy Sunday Everyone!

Tomorrow kicks off Operation September Success, a 21-day Walk-Eat-Lose Challenge that Leslie, and everyone here at Walk at Home, will be participating in as well!

If you haven’t already, check out our post with all the details and make sure to leave a comment letting us know you’ll be joining in the challenge. Leave a comment by midnight tonight, and you’ll be a entered to win some of our newest walking gear!

So what can you expect from the challenge over the next 21-days?

  • Guidance through the 21-day Walk-Eat-Lose DVD program (which you can still buy here)
  • Motivation and tips from Leslie as she walks and blogs along with us!
  • Additional mini-boost challenges throughout the 21-day program
  • Support and inspiration from the WAH team and your fellow walkers!

Here is the general breakdown of the 21-day program:

Week 1: Eat a healthy breakfast! WALK OFF the calories from breakfast!

Week 2: Eat a healthy lunch! WALK OFF the calories from lunch!

Week 3: Eat a healthy dinner! WALK OFF the calories from dinner!

It’s a simple as that – with a few surprises and extra boosts thrown in along the way!
