    I’m committed to begin this 10 day challenge! I’ve been dealing with a rather severe psoriasis flare-up for the past 2 weeks…so maybe this will help me in combatting stress triggers.     Leslie!!!!!!!!! So glad to see another challenge! Bring it on! You are SO right about Visceral Fat – last year I was having the odd occurrence of… well… ahem… incontinence… It went away completely after I walked my belly flat! I’m sure the excess fat in my belly was putting pressure on my bladder. This is a good reminder for me to get back to doing my bicycles! God bless you, Sweetie!

    I just started one month ago using your dvds. I really enjoy them. Would like to loose 10 pounds. I manage fast food, so my hours are long. Could you please make this 10 day menu printable. Thank you very much. Still need help in my stomach area, getting toned up.

    Leslie, your latest challenge comes at a great time for me. I just made my goal at Weight Watchers & have been using your workouts for the last few years to help me loose 100 pounds. The hardest part of loosing wait for me has always been keeping it of. with the help of your program I know I will succeed this time. Thankyou for always coming up with new ways to keep me motivated.

    I Walk with you everyday and usually do either the 3 mile or 4 mile walk, and I love the walk belt. I am in with you on the challenge. I still have 15 more pounds to go to reach my goal and would love to do that by Christmas. I am aiming for about a pound or pound and a half a week, and walking outside each day for at least 30 mins, plus one of your DVD’S and Love your walks. Thank you so much for the encouragement, and I am looking forward to the new DVD,S that are coming out!

    I have lost almost 30lbs already and gone from a size 16 to a size 11 so far. I’m doing your 10 day challenge but I am Gluten Free so not able to follow the diet plan. Do you have any suggestions to help those of us who are Gluten Free? Thanks for your inspiration!

    I’ve been using your videos almost every day for the past 3 months, and I am so thrilled that my body is re-shaping itself. But the unexpected and miraculous bonus is that I no longer have a problem with incontinence! No more pads and fear of leakage, and no more shying away from social situations.     Hi Leslie! I love your programs! And I love these challenges. I am recovering from surgery right now so I haven’t quite made it to 3 miles yet. I will be doing the 1 mile gentle walk for now and hopefully working my way up! Thanks for the encouragement! And the meal ideas are super!

    No internet Thursday and Friday, but did 3 miles both days. Go Me! Thanks Leslie for your doable workouts. I have osteoarthritis and degenerative disc disease, so your workouts are helping me with the pain and range of motion. I joined the challenge, because you make it so I CAN!

    Leslie, at my church we started an exercize class several months ago . Well we have started using your Walk Fit DVD,s and the group loves it!     Hey Leslie…I have started your program 11 days now and is already seeing success! I did the 2 mile, the 3 miles and is now at the fast 4 miles! would love to take on this new challenge but I have only gone 2 days on your fast 4 miles challenge for 10 days so far! after I’m done, I’ll see what the new challenge is!! I have not only lost weight already, but my core is getting stronger and I’m feeling fitter.

    I just wanted to tell you how amazing YOUR light is. I have fibromyalgia and in great part due to YOUR exercise videos, FIBROMYALGIA does NOT have me. I am ranging between 5-7 miles, 6 days a week. I have at least 5 of your videos… and ADORE working out with your positive self-love encouragement. My mom who is 65 and has Pemphigus vulgaris is an avid fan, and her doctor has told her that walking has literally kept her alive.     Hi Leslie: I’m a 67 year old grandmother of 6 and I have been walking with you about 4 years. I weigh 132 lbs. and I don’t exercise for weight loss. I have arthritis in my knees and hands and I find that when I walk, my joints don’t hurt nearly as bad. I find that when I walk with you I feel stronger and have so much more energy. My last DVD I bought was Walk Slim 5 Really Big Miles. I may be 67 but I can keep up with all those young ladies who walk with you on your DVD. Thank you for showing me how to get energized and stay healthy.

    Hi Leslie! I love your program and have so many of your DVDs. I was wondering, since the walk belt is so useful in targeting the core, will you be making any new DVDs while incorporating it?
    Also, is there a plan in the future for a continuous 5-mile work out much like the 4-Mile Express walk? I love your walks that continue on through without the breaks in between.
