Finding The Right Balance

Finding The Right Balance

In the Walk at Home community, we all know the importance of using simple walking steps to achieve your fitness results.  It is also important to maintain a healthy nutrition.  My goal is to help you with both!

Participating in the Walk 21 Challenge is a great way to complete your daily workouts, but let’s talk about how you can also get your daily nutrients!

I BOOST the nutrients of my meals with Haylo Supplements!

When looking into Haylo’s products, I was very impressed with what I have learned, specifically:

  • Haylo Health provides the most professionally formulated (MD, PhD), science based, botanically-derived supplements available
  • The Supplements are based on hundreds of clinic trials
  • They are personalized to your age, gender, and health concerns
  • Supplements contain no wheat, gluten, fillers, dairy, or artificial colorants.

Lots of research supports the importance of supplements to enhance the nutrient levels of food.  However, it really comes down to this:

I just feel better when taking supplements! I have been taking multi-vitamins for decades and I believe it’s one of the choices that has helped me to maintain an active, healthy life!

So, what do all active people need to continue walking strong?

Active people need enough nutrients to maintain active muscle tissue.  I want to get all of the essential nutrients without adding more calories to my meals, adding a multi-vitamin at meal time has been one of the healthy habits that keeps me walking strong!
