    Hi Leslie,
I started doing walk away the pounds on and off about 5 years ago. For the last 2 years I have been doing 3 to 4 miles a day. I not only do it for the physical health but more so for my mental health. I have had a high stress level for awhile now and I feel so positive and self confident when I work out and I get the benefit of losing weight and getting fit as a bonus!
I would like to thank you for all your positive encouragement and up beat attitude that you show in your routines.

I love the 5 Really Big Miles dvd! I’ve lost 12 pounds in 2-3 months. Just have a few more to go. Thanks for helping all of us, Leslie, not to mention making walking so much fun!

Glad to see you guys! Was a bit concerned on the weekend – you’re so diligent about posting at least once a day. This has been the best challenge yet, having Leslie walking right along side of us and being a real presence. What a blessing and a huge motivating factor!

Love your challenges. When I didn’t see the remainder of the challenge posted, I went ahead and made out my fitness schedule for the month. It’s not quite the same as yours, but total miles is close. Since I arranged mine to fit my work schedule and free fitness classes I get at work, I’m going to stick to my schedule and post it on Walk Social.

I do like better when the daily miles are posted in advance for the whole challenge. That allows me to carve out the time to do my fitness calendar for the whole month.

Thanks for the challenges and for keeping it exciting and motivating. Leslie rocks!

I have posted this a few times but the videos are perfect for me. I do not walk away from my home due to my son having seizure disorder. I do not like to be far from a vehicle in case his school calls! So I love being able to walk at home to your videos! I have several of them! I push my son in his wheelchair for 10k and half marathon events! (I walk most of each event) So this is great training for me as well! I walk about 30 miles a week!

I truly meant every word I posted this morning..Best advice I can give to anyone who emotionally eats and struggles losing weight..Keep up with walking with Leslie..stay consistent..and watch your eating!! These 3 factors will get you to where you want to be in life! I was a VERY emotional eater! I conquered this..with the help of LESLIE SANSONE & WW!! People have asked me if I do any other kind of exercise..My reply: NO, Only Leslie works for me:))) Stay with it everybody..trust me she will transform your body & your life!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    GOODBYE STUBBORN POUNDS!!!
My weight loss had stalled during the month of Feb. That is so frustrating! I exercised…walk…swim aerobics…but when I took the 10 day challenge using the 4 mile boosted walking video the magic happened. I dropped 3 pounds in the 10 days!! I must say…I need to lose 50 pounds so I mostly used the low impact method. Boy was I sore by day 2…but it was a good sore. My ribs even hurt but it soon went away and the 4 miles seem to go by really fast. Thank you, Leslie, for the “boost” and God Bless You and your family.

To Leslie & the WAH Team..I hope you receive this message today. I am disappointed that I wont be near a computer to celebrate while you are on today, but I wanted to get a message to you!! This 21 day challenge has been so motivating to me,and by the time this day is through,I have walked exactly 200 miles in 21 days!!!!!! Almost 8 months ago,I was the most unhealthiest person. My diabetes was out of control,My bmi was considered obese,I felt tired all the time, and very unhealthy!! Today I am so proud to say,I am no longer type 2 diabetic,my bmi is no longer obese,I am full of energy..and my Dr is VERY impressed!! While you are here to celebrate US today for our accomplishments..I am sure I not only speak for myself, but for all of us here..we celebrate YOU!!! Without you, I wouldnt be getting as healthy as I am today! You have changed my life for the better, and have made me a much more fit & happy person!! I thank God for giving you to us…Much love & gratitude to you Leslie!!!!!!!!!!
