Good Morning Walkers!

Day Two!  This Challenge is moving fast… After today, only 10 days remain.  In 10 days, you can really make some positive change.  Walking gives you INSTANT results.  If you can, try to walk your miles all together.  But of course, if your schedule doesn’t permit – then SPLIT IT UP.  A mile in the morning, two at lunch, and two before dinner is a great way to burn healthy calories all throughout the day.  Add your favorite Booster for an added calorie burn and muscle strength training.  Write to us on Facebook what your workout will be!
