YOU DID IT!!!!!!!

 

Congratulations Walkers! WE DID IT!! These past 12 days have been loaded with miles – 46 miles to be exact!  We end Walk It Off: The 12 Days of December challenge with 5 miles.  Get your miles in early so you can enjoy your Friday!  Go on – you deserve it.  We hope you feel wonderful knowing that you have taken care of yourself in the most natural of ways.   Quick fixes never give the good feeling of accomplishment. Taking the time to walk strengthens the body and empowers the soul!  Every minute that you walk, you improve your life in some important way.  After every workout, don’t you say, I’m so glad I walked today!  I feel great!!! You never regret healthy exercise, and we are so happy that you choose our walk!

Fitness Walking is one of the best ways to drop extra pounds, but it goes much deeper than weight loss. At any weight, being an ACTIVE, POSITIVE person in all that you do is the greatest reward!
