Enjoy the weekend!

This has been a BIG week of miles – 25 miles to be exact!  HOW AWESOME IS THAT?!?!  Today there is no structured exercise planned, but we encourage you to walk 10,000 steps.  Did you know that 10,000 steps is about 5 miles?  While you are doing last minute shopping, hold those tummy muscles tight and walk strong throughout your entire day!

Sunday is your Day Off! Any activity that you love to do, just go ahead and do it.  Have fun and seize the day! Check in with us on Facebook and let us know how you’re walking.

Healthy Giving for the Weekend

Saturday:

For you: Do a mini makeover for your bedroom or your bathroom.  Put out fresh towels, fresh soap, a new decor!

For others: Go through your closet and donate your old, unwanted coat(s).

Sunday:

There is no day off for KINDNESS!  How about sharing your love for walking with a friend?
