It’s a BIG MONDAY everybody!

Week Two of the 21-Days Before Thanksgiving Challenge!

Assignment – 4 BIG Miles!

You will LOVE what’s ahead this week.  Just a few more minutes of walking for MORE slimming results.  And just a few more minutes of strength training for FASTER results! Did you know that the stronger you get, the slimmer you get? It’s true… strong doesn’t mean bulky muscle.  Strong muscles get LEAN with the type of strength training that we are doing.

I know pictures of male and female Body Builders still cast an imagine of what extreme strength training can do.  Body Builders have a whole different agenda and the training regimes are not what those of us who are health – seekers would even be interested in.

So my fellow health – seekers …. on to Day 8.
