Day 11!

Day 11!

WOW …. this challenge is really MOVING fast!!!

Feeling strong walkers?  We are more than 1/2 way done!  It’s super healthy for your holiday season to be building a stronger body, mind and spirit!

Today is Veterans Day

Thank you to all that bravely serve our country and to all of the families that support our troops.

Are you noticing that the few minutes of strength exercises each week are already shaping, defining, and firming your entire body?  Muscle tissue is the most metabolically active tissue of the body…when it’s conditioned! De-conditioned muscles atrophy (waste away), and are the main reason that people say, I have a slow metabolism. Fit muscles burn loads of calories even when you rest. De-conditioned muscles burn very little calories.  Just like stored body fat, it uses very little energy (calories) to exist.

I have great news …

You don’t have to settle for a slow metabolism at any time of your life.  Muscles can come back to a conditioned state at any age.  I hope I am proving that it only takes a few minutes a week to condition muscles all over the body!  That’s a big pay off for your time invested!
Let’s get to our assignment today to fire those muscles!
