Your Daily Walk Fitness Program

Walk at Home is excited to announce the launch of our new subscription fitness program called “Your Daily Walk.”

The “Your Daily Walk” subscription offers subscribers a pre-planned workout schedule with different workout videos chosen every day from Walk At Home’s extensive video library. The videos are delivered through Your Daily Walk apps for iOS or Android devices that bring up today’s workout with one tap for immediate high quality streaming video playback.

There are workouts scheduled for three or four days each week, with rest days in between. Users can also skip back to past workouts, or skip ahead to future workouts, if desired. The videos offered through “Your Daily Walk” are the full programs produced for the Walk At Home DVDs, including all chapters and bonus features.

The “Your Daily Walk” subscription is currently offered at an introductory $4.99 monthly subscription, with the first month free, or an annual subscription for $49.99. Customers can also gift the annual subscription to a friend or family member for an easy-to-buy, health-oriented, eco-friendly gift.

    Hi, I was wondering if in the future this might be available on Netflix or some other TV viewing method. I would love to use this but can’t get it on my TV through any of my devices. Would love to have an app that can be run via PlayStation or a regular TV if this is possible? Thank you

    I agree with Stella. I can’t seem to get sound from my tv when I hook my laptop up to it and my phone is incompatible with my tv. I wouldn’t mind getting the videos through a paid YouTube subscription.

    I am a member of the Daily Walk and cannot get access to it! At sign in it isn’t accepting my email and or password. At reset password it sends me to a page that is blank. I was charged 2 or 3 days ago for auto renewal but still cannot get access! This needs someones attention. I do not want to continue with the daily walk membership, using my WAH dvd’s is reliable and better for me! Please cancel and refund me.

      I am having a problem streaming this app. Sometimes I get about a mile in and then it freezes. Nothing I do gets it started again. Any suggestions?

        I am having the same problem. Get a few minutes in – then video freezes & stops every 2-3 mins. I am streaming from my IPad to Apple TV AirPlay to view on my SmartTv.
