3 Days To Go !!!!!

BIG Morning friends!

Can you believe that we are down to the final days of the challenge?  I have found, from decades of  monitoring the patterns of exercisers …. that having a “start” date and an “end” date really works to get results!  It’s simply having a “PLAN” …. if you have a PLAN …  you have a very good chance of reaching the goal ! No PLAN? ….well …. NO chance ! When we finish this Sunday … I’ll post what my new plan will be  …. maybe it will be exactly what fits your “post-challenge” routine …. I can promise you this … we will be taking Monday OFF!!!!  But I am feeling strong today … it’s been awhile since I did 4 Miles so many days in a row …. feels great ….and I am done with my walking workout today …. full of fresh oxygen and nutrients to the brain …. ready to go about my day … and hmmmm …. did I thaw the chicken???  I just may go out to Dinner …. now that’s a PLAN!  A healthy, happy Friday Friends!
