I don’t understand this. What do the instructions in parenthesis mean.

Hi, it just means do the 1st (or 2/3/4th) mile from the 2 (or 3/4/5 mile) DVD. For example on day 2, play the 2 mile Miracle Miles video but only workout for the 1st mile (15 min). Thanks!

    Hi,
Is this a new workout series? I already own most of Leslie’s walk videos and want to make sure I am not buying something I already have at home? Thank you!

Hi, it’s a challenge based on the use of our new Miracle Miles set, so if you have MM, you can use it for this challenge OR substitute in ANY of our workouts for any of the miles!

How do I find the Miracle Mile walks on the app?

    • WaH
Posted at 17:14h, 29 August Reply

Hi, the app is a rotating monthly series of different workouts from our archive, so the MM workouts will show up some months and not in others. There’s no way to access the MM set via the app other than this, however you can always download the MM workouts via store.walkathome.com and playback on any device!

I received an email last week on the 25th with the Miracle Mile Challenge. It said I had the option of getting it by DVD, download or on the APP which is the only reason I purchased a subscription to the APP. That’s rather misleading.

Posted at 16:40h, 30 August Reply

Hi, we never intend to mislead. The point of the newsletter was to announce the Miracle Miles workouts would now be added to the rotation of monthly workouts on the app, which is a rotating selection of workouts changed each month. Until now, Miracle Miles has not been a part of this rotating schedule. The app subscription is first month free, so there’s no obligation to pay for the first month if you’re finding it’s not your thing. We apologize for any lack of or mis-communication on our part…we are simply trying to highlight some material on the app schedule and hope our fans are finding it useful…thanks and we hope you are walking strong!

It means you are only doing 1 mile per day. It says do a 1 mile walk from a different workout program every day. That way you get a different 1 mile walk every day.

I just got my kit. Loving it so far. I have a question. Is it safe to use the toning cord every day, or should I be doing the strength training every other day? thanks

Always good to rest in between strength sessions, so we recommend not targeting the same area 2 or more days in a row…thanks for walking!

For those who have already been able to purchase this system, are these all new workouts or are they from other dvds? I purchased the 30 Day Walk Off kit with the band and it is amazing. I just want to make sure I am getting something new and not the same workouts in a new kit. Thank you walkers! 🙂

Who is the cast on these DVDs’? There’s a guy with great energy (high knee lifts) and an infectious smile and an African American woman with short hair but tons of personality!

I own and love half a dozen of Leslie’s DVD’s and recently purchased this Miracle Miles set. This is the BEST so far! I love, love, love the HIIT workout format and the resistance band is both fun to use and really leaves my muscles “feeling worked” the next day! So I know I’m getting the toning benefits using it. I don’t know how Leslie will top this one but I don’t plan to stop using it anytime soon! 😀 Thank you Leslie!

I just received MM and it is Summer. Do I start with the Summer section 3 or start with section 1 which says winter? Are all sections equal or do we do them in order starting with section 1 ?

    • Sue W.
Posted at 23:16h, 25 June Reply

I would start with the season you are in when you want to begin the workout schedule. I bought my set in June so I started with the “Summer” calendar. Each season has a mix of all the walking workouts, miles 1-5 so I don’t think it matters which season you started with at the beginning of your goal. Hope this helps.

I have a question about the set before I purchase it: is each mile “independent” ? What I mean is that in the old Walk Away the Pounds set, Leslie and the walkers did a complete 2, 3 and 4 mile walk start to finish with no stops. Many of the new sets are.single mile walks strung together. Which is this?

Posted at 17:39h, 11 October Reply

Hi, there are 5 separate workouts, 1-5 miles. Each workout is its own separate entity. You can choice to do a 1, 2, 3, 4, or 5 mile workout, in addition to 3 separate strength training segments. Thanks…

Posted at 12:33h, 12 October Reply

Thank you for responding! I’m still not clear though- sorry. Are the workouts five, single mile workouts that one can play in any order for a walk that adds up to 1, 2, 3, 4 or 5 miles, or are each of the walks continuous, meaning, for example, that for the 3 mile walk, does the walk go through the warm up, the walk and then cool down/stretch for a total of 3 miles? Maybe a better way to ask is this: Are these five , 1 mile walks, or is it five walks: one 1 mile, one 2 mile, one 3 mile, one 4 mile and one 5 mile? thanks for helping me!
